'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' was a popular and revolutionary show for it's time, but even it had unpopular characters. One of them being, Jessie from the first season who was Xander's good friend. However, after Xander stakes him in the heart after Jessie becomes a vampire, he is never mentioned in the series again. Oz is a more popular series regularly who was Willow's love interest, but who was also ultimately written out of the show after the scooby gang graduated high school. Finally Riley Finn, Buffy's worst love interest was only revisited once after Buffy and him broke-up.
