Taraji P. Henson stars in action-drama ?Proud Mary?, opening in theaters this weekend.
In the film, Henson plays an avenging assassin.
She shoots a bunch of bad guys and occasionally crushes them with her Maserati.
The film is a thriller in the vein of 'Atomic Blonde' and 'John Wick.'
While it did not screen for critics, reviewers did not like the movie.
The SF Gate's Inkoo Kang felt the "all-male writing and directing team reduces a lady assassin's femininity."
