Variety reports that producer Michael De Luca has stepped in to handle the Suicide Squad sequel.

Gavin O?Connor will write and direct, and stars Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Jared Leto will return.

Suicide Squad 2 is reportedly going to begin production this fall.
