Tarek El Moussa, star of HGTV's "Flip or Flop" proves he's just a regular dad who has mishaps at home. In a video posted to his Instagram account, El Moussa shared security camera footage of him opening the child safety barrier...only to topple over! He was able to take it all in stride, however, as his caption read When life kicks you down ALWAYS get back up!! If it?s a rough baby gate?take your time! El Moussa isn't a stranger to hardships, though. The 36-year-old has battled cancer twice and is divorced from his wife, and "Flip or Flop" co-star, Christina El Moussa.
