Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez fans, "Jelena" is back. Us Weekly reports that the on again, off again couple are officially on. The singers were spotted kissing in L.A. on Wednesday. Reports say that 23-year-old Justin wasn't shy about skating over to 25-year-old Selena to give her a peck on the lips, during a hockey game that he was playing in. The lovebirds have been recently been spotted bike riding and even attending church together in L.A. Justin allegedly contacted with Selena after she received a kidney transplant in May.
