In Thor: Ragnarok, Jeff Goldblum plays the Grandmaster, the ruler of the planet Sakaar.
The Grandmaster spends his free time watching warriors fight to the death.
A few years ago Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige had hoped Goldblum would be in Captain America: The First Avenger.
Feige told Uproxx.com that he offered Goldblum the part of senator in "The First Avenger."
For whatever reason, Goldblum said no.
