VIDEO : Is 'Wonder Woman 2' Connected To Justice League?

The sequel to the hit DCEU film "Wonder Woman" will be released in December 2019. Screen Rant first broke the news that the follow-up film, starring Gal Gadot, would be set in the 1980s during the Cold War. Now, fans think they may have found another clue to the film in the trailer for DCEU's "Justice League." Some believe that the heavily featured battle with the red skies in the promotional material for the soon-to-be-released "Justice League" movie may take place in the ruins of Chernobyl, which may mean that the two films are connected via their Cold War settings. The recent trailer showed parademons swarming out of a nuclear silo.
