VIDEO : HBO Hacker Leaks $250,000 Offer Memo from Network

It would appear that after an anonymous hacker got their hands on massive amounts of HBO data, including upcoming episodes of hit shows, HBO offered them a ?bounty payment.? The same hacker leaked the memo that HBO sent. According to Variety, the message is dated July 27, and they offer $250,000 to the hacker. Hbo's memo was worded specifically to buy the network time. Rather than being confrontational, they appear to offer an olive branch that allows HBO to fully assess the situation.
