Annabelle: Creation earned enough in its theatrical preview night to make it the biggest Thursday night opener in The Conjuring franchise.
Annabelle: Creation opened with Thursday night previews with $4 million in ticket sales at the domestic box office.
The movie is on pace to score $17 million opening weekend.
The film earned $4 million in foreign markets on Thursday as well.
