Irina Shayk continues to model her toned tummy! The Russian supermodel took to Instagram on Sunday, flaunting her figure in white lace lingerie, a mere four months after giving birth to her and boyfriend Bradley Cooper's daughter, Lea de Seine. Shayk has been known to hit the Pilates classes pretty hard, and gives credit to them for her fitness success. Shayk began sharing postpartum photos less than a month after having her daughter, snapping her already impossibly flat stomach in a black bikini while laying out in the pool.
