Justin Bieber has been in good spirits lately. The pop singer, who has been in Australia since March 6 on his Purpose world tour, posted to Instagram on Wednesday to share a picture of himself relaxing on vacation. In the photo, Justin sits on a bridge above a blue pool in the middle of what looks to be vacation paradise. Bieber also recently shared a sweet message about wanting to "be a better man" for his 23rd birthday.
