Justin Bieber has been indicted by a court in Argentina "for allegedly sending his bodyguards to beat up a photographer and take his camera equipment" three years ago outside of a Buenos Aires night club. According to the court clerk, a warrant hasn't been issued for Bieber's arrest and he can appeal the court decision. The photographer alleges that he was chased and beaten on November 9, 2013. Bieber also defiled the Argentinian flag and later issued an apology.
