At the Manchester stop of his Purpose World Tour Sunday, singer Justin Bieber was visibly frustrated, storming off stage, when, yet again, the audience was screaming and booing him when he tried to speak. They cheered when he said he'd just stop talking. A similar thing happened days before in Birmingham but this time, Bieber spoke at length multiple times throughout the concert about why he was so upset.
