It all went down when the 22-year-old singer was leaving Heart nightclub in Germany and a scuffle erupted. In a video obtained by TMZ, it seems that a man bumped into Justin and the pair then got into a scuffle; the situation was quickly diffused when a young woman pulled Justin away.
