Though he's worth millions, Justin Bieber's credit card was reportedly declined at a Subway sandwich shop in Los Angeles. According to a Daily Mail source, a fan recognized Bieber and offered to foot the bill, paying for Bieber's foot-long sandwich, four bottles of milk, and some cookies. The pop star dropped by the store on Sunset Boulevard while his new girlfriend Sofia Richie was waiting in the car. Apparently the couple had made a stop at high-end fashion retailer Barney's before the Subway stop.
