It looks like things might be heating up between Justin Bieber and model Sofia Richie. The two have been spotted out and about together holding hands on laguna beach and hiking in LA. Fans have been wondering if Bieber is officially dating the 17 year old daughter of Lionel Richie. According to Richie's most recent instagram and snap chat posts, she joined Bieber in Japan. In one photo on instagram, Richie is wearing a hoodie with Bieber's face on it. The pair has been spending a lot of time together and now she is with him for the next leg of his Purpose world tour.
