Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Holly J. Fujie has ordered that Justin Bieber's former neighbors,Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz , must submit to a lengthy psychological exam. This comes as part of a case they filed that accuses the pop superstar of emotionally terrorizing them. Bieber egged the couple's home egged in Calabasas and repaid them roughly $80,000 for damage to their home. Jeffrey Schwartz has also accused Bieber of spitting on him, and the lawsuit filed in March 2015 contends the singer terrorized his family with loud parties, drug use and aggressive driving. Lawyers for the Schwartzes argued that a seven-hour psychological examination should not be ordered. . Howveer the judge feels that the nature of sueing over emotional distress from a Popstar's behavior is "why it's even more important (to) have a mental exam."
