Justin Bieber has announced to fans that he will no longer take photos with them in public. In the midst of his massive Purpose world tour, the singer has shared a message on Instagram with his fans stating that he is "done taking pictures" with people who see or meet him in public. "It has gotten to the point that people won't even say hi to me or recognize me as a human," Bieber notes of the informal way fans approach him. "People who say 'But I bought [your] album' know that you got my album and you got what you paid for, AN ALBUM!
