Popstar Justin Bieber has decided he will no longer take pictures with fans. He made the announcement via an Instagram post explaining that taking pictures with fans while in public makes him feel like a zoo animal. He says that those who bought his album get just that, the album, it does not entitle them to taking a picture with him. In march, the singer declared he will no longer do meet and greets at shows because it makes him unhappy. Fans that paid $900-$2000 for such tickets, will not receive a refund.
