Justin Bieber surprised his fans on Saturday night when he debuted a new look on Instagram. The Sorry hitmaker revealed what looks a like tiny cross tattoo on his face just below his eye. News confirmed the inking was done by tattoo artist Jonathan Valena better know as JonBoy.
