Does Justin Bieber has admitted he isn?t ready for a serious relationship just yet. However he did say that he'd like to have children before He turns 30. In interview with Glamour, the 22-year-old said one of his biggest dreams is to have a family of his own. He would like to do this too by 30 which leaves Bieber only 8 years to get started. However when asked about Hailey Baldwin he simply said she is a friend whom he kisses. Bieber is taking things slow while not having to worry about a relationship. he stated ?Right now in my life, I don?t want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to.-- I don?t want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility.?
