According to TMZ, the North American Primate Sanctuary Alliance is furious with Justin Bieber?s decision to adopt another monkey. The NAPSA is calling him ?foolish? and ?irresponsible.? In 2013, Justin Bieber got into a lot of trouble when he took his monkey Mally to Germany without the proper documentation. Mally was detained and it was reported that Bieber essentially abandoned her, never trying to get her back. NAPSA is warning Bieber and anyone else considering purchasing a monkey that they are not meant to be domesticated.
