Over the next few months, Canada will be welcoming 25,000 new Syrian residents with open arms as part of a fast-track resettlement program for refugees. So the Toronto Star took it upon themselves to list out the most quintessentially Canadian aspects of life in what will be their new home. The list, titled "Dear refugees: 10 things you should know about Canada," ranges from the weather to everyone's favorite national pastime: hockey. But the Star is clear: "No Canadian is more famous right now than Drake," thanks to his songs referencing his Toronto childhood. Bieber, on the other hand, is someone most Canadians would like to forget.
