Yep, Bieber's back. When it came time to preview his new single, "Sorry," the singer managed to snag help from no less than Michelle Obama ? plus Vine star King Bach. According to MTV, Justin has once again teamed up with Skrillex (as well as fellow EDM producer Blood Diamond) to ensure that "Sorry" parties as hard as their previous collab, "Where Are Ü Now," which also featured Diplo's masteries.
