In a bombshell interview for Billboard's October 17th issue, Selena Gomez confirmed that she is suffering from lupus. Lupis is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects organs and tissues inside the body. The singer revealed her diagnosis to the magazine and also said she's been through chemotherapy as a result. You may remember Selena taking time off from her demanding career and canceling the Australian leg of her Stars Dance world tour back in January 2014.
